—First : The apparent support that Unesco has been providing to Auroville for 52 years is based on deception, self-blindness and illusion.
—First, Unesco made decisions concerning Auroville, doing as if the first part of what was essential to it did not exist. This part is related to the belief in the existence of a higher plane of consciousness, called supramental, whose manifestation on Earth is said to have started with the action of the persons called Sri Aurobindo and the Mother (Mirra Alfassa), whose the process of manifestation continues to exist, and which is said to lead to the coming, with intermediate steps, of a new kind of beings, superior to the present humanity, and with the coming of a new material. Henceforth, Unesco ceases to self-blindness on this subject, to delude itself, recognizes that these particular beliefs are at stake, and it announces that the countries which are partners in the international treaty which created it did not give it the mission to recognize them good. She is incompetent to do that.

—Finally, Unesco supported the presence of religions in Auroville and counted on them in particular to act according to its own goals. Henceforth, Unesco also ceases to self-blindness on this subject, to delude itself, and recognizes that, according to the founding conception of Auroville, this city is made to be without religions, these being considered as elements of the past having no place there, for stopping progress, opposing in particular the development of what is called the supramental manifestation. The countries which are partners in the international treaty which created Unesco did not give it the mission to recognize this conception as being good. Unesco is incompetent to do that.
—And henceforth, no member of Unesco acting as such can support Auroville or anything attached to it because, as already stated, Unesco is not competent to decide on this subject.
—In the present text, the decisions of Unesco and other texts emanating from this body are reproduced accompanied by a commentary. It focuses on two issues : to show that Unesco omits most of what Auroville is, and to show that it values and increases the presence of religions. There are other things too.

In April 1967, Unesco had affiliated in category C the international non-governmental organization named Sri Aurobindo Society (Sri Aurobindo Society), and then in category B in July 1970, but given the real challenge of Auroville, of which this Society organized the beginnings and since it continues to be involved, Unesco can not continue this affiliation and it puts an end to it.

India should continue to try to submit to other countries if it pleases but Unesco should stop encouraging countries other than India to submit to it. This idea is included in the formula proposed above : all its previous decisions must now be considered as having no effect, like any other speech or previous writing.
—It was the representatives of countries in Unesco who decided that. They acted with a lot of unconsciousness, by followerism, being deceived by words of illusion : international understanding, peace, etc. That does not prevent the position of the representatives of India from aspiring to domination, and the position of the others being that of traitors to their country, and it was Unesco as a whole which pushed for that.

—Madam Azoulay, such a speech would first bring light, consciousness, mental clarity (relative to the situation that already exists). It would be done by a member of the French nation. There would be an objective contribution to the development of Auroville. If a decision of one or more other organs of Unesco is then necessary, they could be created.

It is also hoped that some will express materially their opposition for example by brandishing signs with a protest inscription. That said, if they are informed that a ceremony is planned to announce the decisions indicated above in the speech proposal, their presence could exist, along with the material expression of their opposition to Unesco’s earlier position.
